We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Epsom in Mordialloc. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.The Epsom, open now in Mordialloc, will be offering a welcoming ambiance with a touch of vintage charm. Offering premium food and beverage selection, including elevated pub classics, craft beers, and handpicked wines, it’s a destination where everyone feels at homeâfrom all-day visitors to late-night guests. The Epsom will be the perfect spot for functions, celebrations, and casual catch-ups alike.Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) operating as part of The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is proud to be recognised as a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Winner of The Australian Business Awards for Employer of Choice.What will my duties include?- Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance.- Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.- Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.- Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.
